SUG AGM June 25, 2026
The 2025-2026 Seniors’ University Group Annual General Meeting will take place as follows:
- Thursday, June 25, 2026
- Room 139, 2155 College Ave.
- 1:30 to 3:30 pm
- In person only
SUG is required by law to hold an AGM each year. For the AGM to proceed, there must be sufficient members present to ensure a quorum. So, we urge all SUG members who are able to attend the AGM to do so. By giving a few hours of your time, you will be discharging an important governance responsibility. Don’t leave this duty to someone else. Please support your SUG Board volunteers.

here to register. You must be a member to register on Amilia SmartRec. Online registration will close at the end of the day on June 24, 2026. This gives planners a chance to set the room configuration for maximum accessibility.
